Who we are

This website presents the work of Dr. Noyan Süalp, a hair transplant physician at Dr. Bayer Clinics in Istanbul. Requests sent through this website are handled by the team of Dr. Bayer Clinics, which is responsible for your personal data (data controller):

What data we collect

• Details you send us: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country and the information you give about your hair loss.
• Photos of your hair: if you choose to upload them. Because these photos and your description relate to your health, we only process them with your explicit consent.
• Messages: the content of your WhatsApp messages or emails if you contact us that way.
• Technical data: such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, recorded by our hosting and security providers to keep the website running and secure.
• Analytics data: information about how the website is used, collected with Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use your data

• to answer your request and give you a first assessment of your hair loss;
• to plan a consultation, treatment and your visit to Istanbul if you decide to go ahead;
• to keep the website secure and working properly;
• to understand how the website is used and improve it (only with your consent);
• to meet our legal obligations.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, to take steps you request before a treatment, for our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and to comply with the law. Health-related information is processed only with your explicit consent.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your personal data. Your data is available to the medical and patient coordination team of Dr. Bayer Clinics who handle your request. We also use service providers that process data on our behalf:

• website hosting (Hostinger) and security and content delivery (Cloudflare);
• Google Analytics, if you accept analytics cookies;
• the email services used to receive your form;
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us on WhatsApp.

Some of these providers may process data outside Türkiye and the European Economic Area. In such cases data is transferred with the safeguards required by applicable law. We may also disclose data to public authorities when we are legally required to.

How long we keep your data

We keep the information you send us for as long as needed to answer your request and follow up on it. If you become a patient, your medical records are kept for the periods required by Turkish health legislation. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of Google Analytics.

How we protect your data

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to your requests is limited to the people who need it to help you.

Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR, you have the right to:

• ask whether we process your data and request a copy of it;
• ask us to correct or delete your data;
• object to or restrict certain processing;
• receive your data in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting processing carried out before.
